Square / Rectangular IML Buckets
Panel decoration, corner geometry and the complete packing footprint.
View Square BucketsExplore round IML plastic buckets and pails for a packaging project. Compare working fill volume, the matching lid and handle, and curved-body label layout before confirming the model.
Photographs show packaging examples; model, dimensions and purchasing terms require confirmation.

Choose the round pail family first, then identify the model that matches your working fill, closure and handling needs.
Plan the wrap, seam and reading direction on the confirmed body dieline.
Review the body, lid and handle as a complete assembly under your filled-pack conditions.
Provide the target fill and outside envelope. Available models and purchasing terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Distinct photographs assigned to this product family. Examples do not establish model availability or a verified specification.

Working fill, external dimensions and closure requirements are confirmed together. No unverified capacity, MOQ or lead time is published.

A verified SKU catalogue will appear here as model drawings and commercial information are approved.

A top-view closure photograph helps explain the rim and lid relationship. It is an external reference, not a specification for the illustrated IML packs.
Keep essential information clear of attachment and overlap areas. Confirm film, resin and label placement for the actual model.
State the fill quantity and unit, required headspace and filling temperature. Request the exact body and lid drawing. Working volume and brimful volume are different; neither can be measured reliably from a photograph.
Ask for the matching lid reference and carry-handle configuration. Check lid application and removal, handle attachment clearance and how the filled pack is lifted. Agree sample trials using your contents and handling conditions.
Define front, back and seam zones on the confirmed dieline. Check where handle attachments or lid overhang obscure information. Review label orientation, text and barcode readability on an actual decorated sample.
Discuss bulk ingredients, sauces and prepared foods. Confirm food-contact documentation, filling temperature, barrier needs and closure performance for the selected product.
Define a container project for coatings or other industrial contents. Confirm chemical compatibility, transport conditions and any mandatory certification before ordering.
Include both surfaces in the brief. Confirm feasibility for the exact body, lid and mold, and approve separate dielines where needed. A decorated body photograph does not establish lid-label capability.
Send the required fill volume and any limits on external dimensions. The quotation should identify a model and a dimensioned drawing, with nominal and brimful volume stated separately where relevant.
Include your sample requirement in the enquiry. Agree which physical sample, decorated proof or material sample will be supplied, its cost and the approval criteria before proceeding.
They have not been confirmed as standard values. Request a written quotation for the selected model, label design, quantity, packing arrangement and delivery destination.
Specify your required working fill, headspace and unit. Ask the supplier to state how each reported volume is measured for the exact model. If buying by mass, provide density or a filled reference sample.
Check carrying clearance, attachment security, label visibility and interference with the lid or filling line. Approve the complete assembly under agreed filled-pack conditions rather than a body-only sample.
