Existing-format container
Compare a proposed body and matching closure before changing artwork.
Start with the complete pack. Custom plastic containers may involve selecting an existing format, changing printed decoration, or reviewing a custom molded body and tooling. Define these scopes separately.
Model availability, specifications and the production arrangement are confirmed in a written quotation.

Original empty-tub geometry reference; not a quoted model or proof of IML, material or production ownership.
A custom plastic container manufacturer needs the body, closure, contents and order scope before committing tooling or decoration. A new artwork does not automatically require a new body mold.
Compare a proposed body and matching closure before changing artwork.
Identify the print or label process and decorated surfaces separately.
Review geometry, resin, mold interfaces and trial scope for the actual project.
Independent real container photographs illustrate opening, body and nesting decisions; they are not an available model list.

Request a QuoteSend a dimensioned drawing or size envelope, working fill and contents. Confirm whether the proposed process is injection molding; not every plastic food tub is injection molded.
Choose round, square or rectangular geometry appropriate to the contents and filling operation.
State nominal, working or brimful volume clearly; mass needs the contents density.
Check outside dimensions, opening, stack envelope and drawing revision before artwork.
Model, capacity, resin, dimensions, MOQ, sample terms, packing and lead time are confirmed by model. No unverified values are published.
Send a Drawing or Size BriefA matching component set is a separate decision from its decoration. Define opening, inner seal, reclosure and carrying where needed.
Confirm the exact body / lid pair, opening method, reclosure and any inner seal.
Agree carrying or handling needs for the filled pack; do not assume a handle from a similar format.
Confirm the actual component references and the filled-pack acceptance checks.
Custom printed plastic containers can use different decoration methods. For a label inserted during molding, use Custom IML; the structural drawing and model approval remain here.
Agree curved-wall seam or panel/corner layout on the exact model.
Confirm whether the selected lid and tooling support IML; do not infer it from the body.
Keep label construction, print revision, barcode and reading orientation with the approved sample.
Contents, filling and storage conditions determine the evidence and sample checks to request.
Confirm contents, filling conditions and intended-use documentation.
Review temperature, opening and distribution conditions.
Review compatibility and handling against the actual contents.
Separate existing body selection, decoration changes and structural tooling work before comparing quotations.
Contents, working fill, size limits, quantity and destination.
Body drawing, lid, inner seal and carrying configuration.
Decoration proof and production-representative assembly sample.
Model-specific packing, sample, MOQ and delivery terms.
Confirm the actual manufacturing party and process for the proposed model, drawing ownership, tooling scope, materials, authorized samples and written commercial terms. This website is an enquiry route; reference photographs do not identify a Haihui Eastern-owned factory.
A graphic change and a body geometry change are separate scopes. Confirm decoration feasibility on an existing proposed model first. Changes to dimensions, opening or component interfaces need a tooling review.
Start with contents, working fill, quantity and size limits. The final drawing, body/lid fit and artwork template must be agreed before the corresponding approvals.
